Tankship Dangerous Liquids (TANK) – San Diego, CA

This course will satisfy Tanker Familiarization, Tankerman Assistant, Tankerman Engineer, and Tankerman Person In Charge of Dangerous Liquids (DL). The endorsement on a Merchant Mariners Document will require meeting the sea time and appropriate product transfers. The following subjects will be presented:

  • Training and Drills

Mariners that successfully complete TRLMI’s Tankship Dangerous Liquids course will satisfy the training requirements of 46 CFR 13.209, 13.309, 13.409 or 13.509 for ANY dangerous liquids tankerman endorsement, AND satisfy the tanker familiarization, oil tanker and chemical tanker requirements of 46 CFR 10.227(d)(8)(i)(c), for the renewal of a merchant mariner credential endorsed as Tankerman PIC Dangerous Liquids. This course satisfies requirements for Maritime Security Awareness.
